If you are not happy with your order, you can return unused items in their original condition within 14 days of delivery. Email us at brookeswonderfulworld@gmail.com before sending anything back. We refund the purchase price within 14 days after receiving the item. Return shipping costs are paid by the customer unless the item was faulty.

Custom items

Items made to your own specifications (custom size, design or personalisation) cannot be returned.

Damaged or faulty items

Contact us within 14 days of delivery with a photo and we will replace or refund the item.
